VAT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEVERING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We arrange delivery with each of our customers individually, so that we best meet your needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RIGHT OF COMPLAINT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and\/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product\/service. You must complain in \u2018reasonable time\u2019 after you have discovered the defect\/error. The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A 14 day full return is granted on our products.<\/p>\n<p>The period shall be counted from the day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>where you receive the item<\/li>\n<li>where you get the last item in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches<\/li>\n<li>where you gets the last batch or part physically, when in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots\/parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Return costs must be borne by you.<\/p>\n<p>Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to return, please send the item to:<\/p>\n<p>O2Share<br \/>\nGuldb\u00e6rvej 24<br \/>\n8920 Randers NV<\/p>\n<p>You cannot undo this by simply denying receipt of the goods without at the same time giving clear notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goods that are manufactured to the consumer\u2019s specifications or have been clearly personalized.<\/li>\n<li>Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not fit to be returned, and where the seal is broken after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Goods where the seal is broken.<\/li>\n<li>Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent and recognition that the right of withdrawal will cease when the service is fully performed.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a physical medium, where performance has commenced with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent and acknowledgment that he or she will thereby lose his or her right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When you return your item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped.<\/p>\n<p>You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the item in return.<\/p>\n<p>We do not accept parcels sent using cash on delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condition of the item on return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.<\/p>\n<p>If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered to have been used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get a part or nothing of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt of the returned item. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repayment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.<\/p>\n<p>Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
