When we aren\u2019t thriving, it\u2019s harder to concentrate on our tasks and solve problems. Here, air quality is of great importance, and we need to focus more on that.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Air quality around us is deteriorating from day to day. This is due to both anthropogenic pollution and the natural release of substances into the atmosphere. And although we breathe about 15,000 liters of air every day, we do not place the same demands on air quality as we do on the quality of the water and food we consume. But just as an intake of food and drink has a direct impact on our energy levels and health, the air plays an equally important role in our health and well-being.<\/p>\n

The air we breathe is important for our everyday well-being. When you\u2019re at work, you have to be present and perform without a sense of powerlessness. A bad indoor climate can lead to a lack of energy and in general affect our well-being. With 20,000 breaths a day, the air needs to be purified continuously. Clean air provides more energy for everyday life and contributes to better health.<\/p>\n
